📦 Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
Please note: During high-volume periods (e.g. sales, holidays), processing times may be slightly longer.

🚚 Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer the following shipping options:

• Standard Shipping: 2–5 business days – $6.0

• Rural Shipping: 3–5 business days – $7.0

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on courier delays.

📬 Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. If you haven’t received tracking within 3 business days, feel free to contact us.

📦 Missing or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or something is missing, please contact us at hello@readysteadybaby.co.nz within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos if possible. We'll make it right!

🛑 Address Issues

Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
