Returns Policy

At ready steady baby, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with an item(s) you've ordered, we offer returns under the following conditions:

1. Eligibility for Return:

   • You can return the item(s) if they are unused and in their original condition
   • Returns will only be accepted for the full pack of games. Partial returns of packs cannot be refunded

1. Return Reason:

   • If the product is not what you expected, or it is not as described, you are eligible to request a return

   • If the item is faulty or damaged, we will gladly replace it or offer a full refund — including return shipping — once the fault is confirmed

1. Timeframe:

   • Returns must be made within 14 days of receiving your order (excluding faulty products- please contact us about those, they are case by case)
     

1. Return Process:

   • To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@readysteadybaby.co.nz with your order details.
   • For faulty items, please include a clear description and photo(s) showing the issue

   • Once your return is approved, you'll receive instructions on how to send the items back to us.

1. Refunds:

   • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once the returned items have been received and inspected.

   • For faulty items, refunds will include original shipping costs.

      

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable and the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty
